Mark W. Bloomingdale II, 36, of Bolivar was booked into jail on a summons for domestic assault.

Crystal H. Conley, 32, of Springfield was booked into jail on a warrant for probation violation.

Joshua L. Riley, 33, of Humansville was booked into jail on a DOC commit for probation violation.

Quincy A. Justus, 26, of Humansville was booked into jail on warrants for failure to register motor vehicle, and no valid license.

Randy L. Keith, 33, of Bolivar was booked into jail on a warrant for non-support.

A report was taken at the Polk County Sheriff’s Office in regards to identity theft.
