David Lockhart, 29, of Bolivar was arrested for possession of paraphernalia.

Randall Spencer, 36, of Republic was arrested for failure to appear, driving while revoked/suspended, no insurance, and delivering a controlled substance.

A 53 year old Bolivar man was arrested on suspicion of trespassing and possession of controlled substance.

Keyondra Gilliam, 28, of Springfield was arrested for having no insurance, possession of controlled substance, and possession of paraphernalia.
