Jesse Brock, 37, of Dunnegan was arrested on a warrant for failure to pay child support, operating a vehicle without a valid license and operating a vehicle with no insurance.

A 31 year old Humansville man was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

Andrew Bilbrey, 25, of Urbana was arrested on a warrant for driving while revoked/suspended, failure to register a vehicle, failure to show proof of insurance and possession of paraphernalia.

Joe Walters III, 34, of Portagville was arrested on a warrant for possession of controlled substance and tampering with a motor vehicle.
