Crystal R. Kirk, 25, of Collins was booked into jail on warrants for distributing and manufacturing a controlled substance.

James M. Mccutcheon, 76, of Springfield was booked into jail on a warrant for failure to appear.

A 53 year old Polk man was booked into jail for domestic assault, violation of child protection and possession of marijuana.

Domestic assault was reported on East 546 Road in Walnut Grove.
