Charley Phillips, 34, of Bolivar was arrested for possession of controlled substance, and endangering the welfare of a child.

Roger Marsh III, 38, of Ozark was arrested for operating a vehicle without a valid license and passing bad checks.

Richard Lowery, 29, of Rock Away Beach was arrested for operating a vehicle without insurance and possession of controlled substance.

Amanda Bowser, 30, of Springfield was arrested for failing to affix motor vehicle/trailer plates, and operating a vehicle with no insurance.
